This is satya sruthi I am taking treatment in vCare (Vijayawada branch) to my skin color improvement. so I started my treatment January 4th 2020 at that time .I took the treatment and after second wave Covid is came that’s why I stoped my treatment then after I got the pregnant then after one year .I started my treatment but unfortunately my health is again affected so as per doctor suggestion .I could not attend the sessions now I am planing to take the remaining sessions so i call to Vijayawada branch I am asking my appointment they told me the month of December 2022 they blocked my account in the joining time doctor told me this is life time treatment and any branch in vCare. I paid 90, 000 the rest of treatments fusion spa-4, ultra whitening -1, salicylic peel-1 treatments. They why we are not giving remaining sessions? I wanted to finish my all sessions if you are not respond and give my sessions. I will go ahead by complaint in consumer forum because I called and I discussed with more and more time with consultant members but they will not respond properly. I hope your response in positive way because I trust vcare.
