Vcare Hair Clinic — Treatment caused side effects and raised for refund no response from almost 2 years

Taken bio cell treatment at KPHB vcare and as per their 100% promise i have came forward for treatment after 2 sittings there was no development and hair fall increased so much and got several side effects headache, itchy scalp. Reported the same with the clinic people and asked to stop treatment and return the amount i have paid excluding two sittings this happened in AUG 2019 since then i'm not getting any response from them till now.
