Hi...I visited VCARE KORAMANGALA brand in the month of march 2021 for the treatment of acne scars and doctor sangeetha and vineetha suggested yellow peel for my problem and suggested to go for 6 seetings and charged me approx 23000/- and after the payment problem started from day one of treatment no proper response for treatment appointment no one answered my calls and took appointment lost my money and my peace and struggled to get the appointment and every time i visited i see all new faces of doctors always they change the branches i never saw same doctor face two times after 3 treatments when i visited for my 4th treatment doctor by name AARTI told me that the treatment which is suggested to me for the acne scars is wrong and she promised a call back but never got a call back from her and when i called the branch never got a response and 4th treatment was handled by a untrained lady and as a result my skin was damaged a lot and could see redness and more open pores on my face which affected badly and later this issue was escalated to karnataka head MR. SOMNATH he assured me a resolution and referred DR.ALFINA she suggested microneedling process i waited and approched for the same but again no response from the team...iam requesting for a refund help me out...
