The treatment I received at VCare Hair and Skin Clinic – Gachibowli, which not only failed to address my original concern but also resulted in severe and lasting damage to my skin, mental well-being, and personal life. My initial consultation at VCare was for the treatment of pimples. However, instead of addressing this issue, the clinic advised me to undergo a whitening treatment, costing approximately ₹45, 000. Post-treatment, I noticed the appearance of black dots on my face. Subsequently, I was convinced to proceed with facial hair removal sessions, which cost me around ₹82, 000. These sessions led to serious skin breakouts and what seemed to be allergic pimples. Upon reporting these concerns, I was advised to undergo yet another treatment, priced at ₹15, 000, which was supposed to fix the new issues caused by the previous procedures. Unfortunately, this only worsened the condition of my skin, resulting in more breakouts and even burns. When I expressed my desire to stop the ses... face sustained severe damage, rendering me unable to go out in public. I also lost a marriage proposal due to my appearance and suffered from depression for nearly a year, living in isolation and distress. Eventually, I sought professional medical intervention at a reputed hospital, where I have spent a total of ₹3, 37, 803 (receipts and medical documentation available) in my efforts to recover and heal my skin. This entire experience has caused me:  Extreme emotional trauma and mental stress  Financial loss exceeding ₹4.7 lakhs  Severe social embarrassment and personal loss Therefore, I seek your assistance in initiating legal action against VCare Hair and Skin Clinic for negligence, misrepresentation, and the resulting physical and psychological damage. I am also requesting compensation for the losses incurred, both financial and emotional.
