Daily 2 to 3 times I'm receiving call from vcare in different number. Since they are calling from different number I'm unable to block it due to this kind of continous call from vcare it leads to miss out my important calls.
Whenever I receive call from vcare I asked them to remove my number from their database but they are repeatedly calling me. It's affecting my mental peace and I couldn't concentrate on my work.

The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 1587.99 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful. Its like that in a problem cant use your own money

I went to vcare for dermamelan treatment.it cost around 50 k but no use .once I stop using my skin turns back to normal tone

7th March 2023, I went there for enquiry about my hair problem and they were trying to take one of the package for my hair treatment.It was around 15k and I have paid 3000 rupees for EMI. Even though, while at that time I refused the treatment based on some personal issues and I requested that the amount back or transform to madicine that how much I have paid for treatment.But I am not getting proper response from their side and I wrote letter also as per their need.They said that will in one day it will get and still I am waiting.

Since may i am facing troubles from your marketing people. Even after denial for appointment due to unavailability of free days for me, your employees keep calling us from different numbers. When i complaint about it to them on call either they talk rashly or just hang up my call without even listening. If this is going to continue, i will make sure that i will file a complaint against your company

Worst experience with VCare. I recently visited it to find out if there is any vitamin deficiency as I was having hair fall. They tested the scalp and I paid for it. Later they suggested some treatment which costs Rs. 28000. I told them to give me some time to think about it. They used some discount tricks and got paid Rs.4000 by me for the treatment that they are going to provide. The next day I called them to tell them that I'm not interested to go for the treatment and asked for a refund. Now they are denying to refund. I have been calling customer care, but they are not responding at all. It's been 10 days now. They should rename it to Vdon'tCare.

Sir I take treatment from parbha v care.com i take only 6 sitting and pay 50000 but no improvement my hair and hair fall not control.

I have paid 1.3 lakhs for hair transplant in Vcare Anna Nagar Chennai.

While paying they given date September 12
After amount paid they told there is no date available for this month.

They told in October 1st week they will provide.

But now they telling need to check the date for availability.

Don't no till how many days they take.

I have enquired in Chennai plastic surgery and Eugenix both confirmed the date in one week.

In Vcare they not returning my money also.

If we call also they not responding properly.

These people are doing complete marketing job.

In reception people will call and follow everyday to make you pay money but after that they will not follow you for date.

We have to wait two or three months for their treatment.

Initially while making payment I had some doubts and need to consult with surgeon I have told.
But they gave to some management people there she explained about it.
After I went directly only I get to know she is not a surgeon.

Don't know till how many peoples they will make fraud.

I request you people don't go to vcare.

Their main motto is they having some package for evey treatment.
They focusing on that only.

Two days before I have called them, they told will call after sometime. But I did not receive the call.
Yesterday I have called them, they told they are in some meeting will call later. But after that they did not call.

Today I have called them, they told need to check but not confirm when the date will be available.

While speaking itself they are disconnecting the call.

I went to vcare last march month hoping that my hair loss problem will come to an end.But after wasting 50k for stem cell therapy and 15k for medicines I still face this problem...am very depressed and wasn't able to concentraconcentrate on my work .Scared of my future

Vcare is definitely fooling and exploiting the public with packaged treatment kits cost around Rs 50, 000/. I really learn't a costly lesson to prove a saying that learned people get fooled easily. But one day for sure vcare will be running to courts and will lose all the money made by cheating.

I have undergoing treatment since FEB2014. They told the hair loss control will take 3 to 6 months. But even after 6 months there is no result. I have wasted a huge amount in undergoing this treatment. I want my money back from this Vcare. What are the necessary steps I need to do.
