Ved Parkash — cheating by CAL JBR High School, Safilguda, Hyderabad

Sir, I was shifted from Abohar punjab to Hyderabad last year April 14. i got admitted my child in CAL JBR High School, Old safilguda, malkajgiri, Hyderabad in class 4th. At the time of admission i asked the principal that is your school is affiliated to CBSE. she said that yes we are following all CBSE norms and we can teach your child CBSE syllabus till 5th std only afterward either your child have to study in telgu medium or you can shift your child to another CBSE School. This year i shifted my child to another CBSE School. they said that your child is under age so that your child have to got re admission in 4th std. after that when i asked the principal of JBR school regarding this difference in CBSE Norms she said that we have admitted your child under State board. when i have asked her for TC she demanded to pay full fee otherwise the child could not write exams. although i have paid all dues till december 14. i request you to guide me what should i do and take an appropriate action against this cheating. thanks, Ved Parkash [protected]
