I am to state that a tree in front of my balcony is very tall and it creates very problems for us which are explained as under:

1. The tree is too tall according to local ordinances.
2. The tree is huge hindrance for sunlight and air.
3. The tree stand in the way of a spectacular view from my balcony.
4. The branches of the tree are entering our flat.
5. The tree is unsafe after high winds.

I appreciate your consideration into the matter and request you to please direct concerned authorities to prune the tree in front of my balcony in a proper manner.
