I purchased candes gyser last year which is under warranty. It stopped working from last few months. I raised service request for repair for gyser. After calling 10-20 times I got Complaint Number MH-C[protected] stating that resolution will be provided within 5-6 days. But, no calls from technician or customer service yet. I tried calling atleast 30-40 times and sent 5-6 mails for followups but no response from them yet. This is totally injustice to customer. This is pathetic customer service.
