I ordered a sari but recieved a old smelly maxi. I sent them mails with picture of the wrong item but every mail i sent them bounced back. I tried to call them but no one is answering. Its been one week since i am trying to reach them but to no use. Even i filled the refund form on their website which said that they will intimate me in 3 days and i will get my refund in 10 days but till date i have not recieved any msg from their side. I want to get my refund. Kindly help me with this...

Maine ek gown magaya tha par usme ek kati piti 50 - 60 rupey bali saadi nikli maine 755 paid kiya tha . Maine delivery ke din hi complaint kiya tha par waha se koi response nahi mila par aaj mene phir se side ko dekha toh mujhko complaint ka forum mila...

I have ordered a veerzara limited edition kurti 80 and they sended a waste long cloth and it is not usefull to me. i wand to replace this product and also refund my cash rs.539/-. dont cheat customer like this and kindly take this product and refund the money through my bank account [protected] and ifsc code FDRL0001311

I have ordered a silk saree on 22 th December .Today on 27th December I got a delivery the saree . When I opened the cover of saree ...I saw a saree which was old toren used saree with a bad smell ... I'm very disappointed with it. ..I had never such a worst experience of online shopping.. i just want my money back...can I get my money back... ??
