I ordered a sari but recieved a old smelly maxi. I sent them mails with picture of the wrong item but every mail i sent them bounced back. I tried to call them but no one is answering. Its been one week since i am trying to reach them but to no use. Even i filled the refund form on their website which said that they will intimate me in 3 days and i will get my refund in 10 days but till date i have not recieved any msg from their side. I want to get my refund. Kindly help me with this.

No one would like to touch it...
Shame on them...
