Veer Zara Online Shopping Site — wrong order received

Dear sir,

I have received a wrong product on 22 february, 2018.

I had placed the order for red colour lengha & choli with dupatta. Order no.95540. Amt. Of rs.863/- was paid cod, but i have received a sari.

As wrong product (Saree) was delivered to me, kindly refund my money & send your person to collect the product from me.

I have already called on your customer no. & placed my request for return of the product since last 7 days regularly... But no representative has called me yet...
