I have ordered 2 gowns but when i received i got socke to see one saree that saree is too old torn and very dirty same like beggar saree.
How can they do this much big fraud.
I do online shopping from last 5 years from many sites but never ever had such disgusting, ridiculous experience.

I orderd a lahenga worth rupees of 699 and couriou cost and other tax including 863 for my helper. And in retyi got one very very cheap cloth which i hv not ordered. After that i tried to call customer care but not able to talk.i feel cheated . Where should we file our complaint so that immediately some action shold take place.
My order no 80705. i received is a very cheap cloth quality like begger saree. Strange part is no address is mentioned from where it is sent. No contact details found on the site. I have mailed to the email mentioned but all mails bounce back.

Actually i ordered two party Wear kurtas both are costed 499 with tax and all total was 1402.but when i received the parcel i was shocked. Its two sarees both are old, torn and already used sarees.veer zaara is totally fake shopping facebook page.i want my refund.
Please solve my complaint I have received wrong courier services and I want refund my money as soon as possible even the packing was not properly I received the dress which I order are not received n they have not yet refund me my money plz I request u help me out I have contact the company but they didn't contact me return help me out
