Veerzara.in — incorrect product received need refund amount

I ordered a saree from veerzara online. The order number was #22874 (Nov 26th 2018). Product name veerzara limited edition saree (Veerzara limited edition saree 164, ₹5, 000.00 ₹499.00 i received a totally incorrect product (Old duppatta) and it's a poor cloth which i have received it on 4th dec & now i am unable to contact the seller. This site doesn't have any address or contact no. Even the refund order is placed twice. I paid rs. 647/-please lodge my complaint & please help me to get my amount credited to bank account.

Order no #31979 is very cheap & site too I don't no from where that product came & how to contact to people of veerzara.in product is very smelly. I want my money back &please give me a response

Product was wrong, horrible nd damaged..I put return complain then also no response..no refund also..The price of the product was total 800 including GST and delivery charges...They r showing its in lowest price all product but it's Fake totally..
