Veerzara.in — wrong product and not refunding

My complaint is that i've ordered two dress material to veerzara online shopping bt when i get my dress material delivery the material was very cheap n incomplete dress material. So i've complaint against the company several times bt no one reply me. When i called customer care number to enquiry they asked me my credit card number or debit card number or atm card number which i don't use at all. Bt i've sent my patym no. But they are not refunding on patym. They asked only cards no. So please help me.
