Veerzara.in — wrong product fake company

Ordered three sarees online but received very bad quality sarees totally different from what we ordered. Delivery person asked us to raise a return and refund request and only then he can take those back. The mail is bouncing back and no response from customer care number. Now i get that it is a fake company and is involved in fraud. I am lost and don't know how to get the refund... Order no 48352 pls help please
