Veerzara — torn and worst cloth delivered after taking payment

I bought a gown(37492 is order no.) from veerzara site for 755 rupees but when I opened the packing it was torn and worst loose cloth just like a torn old duppatta with very low quality.i tried many times to contact them.they have given faked contact no.in the site.i too filled refund form last week but no one came to collect the return.my contact no.is [protected]
Plz take action against veerzara.
