I ordered for 2 sarees and 2 gowns for around rs 1500. Received all sarees. One was stinking with water stains. One was having mud stains. One was an used one. Looks like they were all picked up from garbage. So dirty used cheap stuff. It is almost 10 days since the refund form was filled. No response. Mail does not work. Bounced when trying to send using personal mail id too. Phone does not work. Please let me know how to get the refund amount back.
