My order no 34293 for 2 gowns and for 2 sarees for rs 2480. Gowns 109, saree 166, saree 94, gowns 116. These were the items ordered. Received garbage stuff. All were sarees. One had water stains on it and was stinking. Other was having dirty marks. Other was used stuff. No item matched with the order placed. All were like dirty sarees. Tried contacting them. No response. Tried filling out the refund form. Not heard from them. It is almost a month since refund form was filled. No response. Attached is the photo of the refund response invoked using my phone. Looks like they are fake. Please let me know how to get back my money.
