Vegease — Not refunding my refund for rotten products into my source account

Hi team i ordered for almost 877rs order.

The packeg was sealed. I opened after paying and saw most of products sent are near to rotten or already rotten i shared all image and on basis of quantity i requested refund. First they only refunded small amount product and that too without my acknowledgement they refunded on their app not in my original source of payment.

And for higher amount one they rejected as they didnt wish to pay me back. Now when i called them they harassing me and stating they will get back to you.
