vegetable vendor — Selling vegetables at twice the ongoing market price

I would also like to share a similar experience. I had opted for Bisleri Delivery from Family Mart and had paid Rs 200 as deposit to them when I came to Ozone. Used to regularly order home delivery from them, one day I thought of giving away the spare Bisleri can to a delivery boy who delivered few items and took the Bisleri Can with him, I had told him to inform the owner about the returning of the Can which I suppose he failed to do.

Later when I installed Water Purifier went to Family Mart and asked for the Refund of the Deposit Rs 200, he refused to give the deposit asking me about the Bisleri Can which I told one of his delivery boys already took from me he either didn't believe me or probably he didn't want to give the Money Back and had a fight with him for this and stopped buying any item from him.
Also I have heard from many members from Ozone that Family Mart sells a lot of Expired Products as well. recently my Maid complained her Daughter and herself both used to order Bisleri Cans from this Vendor and got Infection because of this.


If there are many more affected members urge everyone to take action.

I urge the Consumer Court to remove this Vendor from this Prime Location so that a better Vendor who is in favor of Consumers and not in Favor of Making Money comes in.

Extremely poor experience. Had purchased some items from them at their outlet and paid requesting for a delivery. They came in extremely late. When you call they just misbehave.

Extremely unprofessional. People using them please be aware.

Their behaviour is extremely bad. No commitment. Had purchased some items from their shop, paid and requested for a delivery. It took them more than 3 hours to deliver when the commitment was 1 hour. When you call them up they misbehave.

Please avoid them.
