I ordered a printer from vegfro.com on the 2nd day of 2020 but till now i have not recieved the product neither any reply or update from the company about the product. My order i'd is pc1899 and the payment has already been made online. The payment partner is razorpay. Kindly look into the matter and i would like to initiate a proceeding against the company. The screenshot of order confirmation from the company with the order number has been attached with the complaint.
