My pancard was shipped on 4th of jan but I didn't received it till now. I've called the customer care a dozen times but they didn't answering the call. For more than a week the status is not getting changed. After going through reviews on this courier service I cam to know that they never deliver pan cards to the customers and even they dont respond. My doubt is why does nsdl is shipping pancards with this cheaters instead of govt owned postoffice?
