Velex Logistics — Pan card was not delivered

Sir, I had applied for PAN Card vide Reference No. : N [protected]

Upon checking the delivery status, it is erroneously showing as having been delivered while I have not received the card at my address so far. Kindly arrange to check the actual status of the same and ensure that the card is delivered to me promptly.
