My pan card is stuck with this courier company for the past 1.5 months. They said they have delivered the card on dec 17, today is feb 02 and we are still battling to get the details of where it was delivered. We have had several follow ups with their begumpet branch since the past 1 week and they have promised every day that they'll deliver the courier but giving lame excuses everytime.
The delivery boy ([protected]) didn't even pick the call inspite of several tries. The manager (Sujay - [protected]) also failed to pick the call since the second time (30+ calls were made to reach him).
Looks like the entire company is totally mismanaged and lacks the service. I see that there are so many of them already giving such poor feedback about their service and i wonder why no one has taken any action. I also don't understand how such important documents are trusted with such companies that cannot even function properly. I am hoping that someone is monitoring these complaints and are taking action.
