Nsdl pan despatched my pan cards on 03 dec 2021, now today 14 dec 2021 Showing my parcel in secunderabad branch,
So I will contacted velex couriers on Phone daily,
They telling no delivery service in your Area,
Before same velex couriers Delivery person asking me money for Delivery of parcels,
(They said it's paid service you have to pay for delivery)
Then what I will do?

My pan card is stuck with this courier company for the past 1.5 months. They said they have delivered the card on dec 17, today is feb 02 and we are still battling to get the details of where it was delivered. We have had several follow ups with their begumpet branch since the past 1 week and they have promised every day that they'll deliver the courier but giving lame excuses everytime.
