Velonik — money taken but product didn't deliver yet | |||
Velonik.com/shine company's executive called me to tell me about their prize offer for purchasing a product. Some how he convinced me to buy their product. Then i send online money but product yet not delivered i have booked my order on 3 december. Now then are not answering my call. My order no is 8980 and then i have complain about it on 31 december of complain no 107834 but yet they didn't send my product. I have send them my size for the product and told about the complain but they didn't yake it seriously as they have no fear about that. Was this information helpful? | |||

They have informed me to pay an amount of aprox 4000
They have taken money from me but I didn't receive my product
Now all there mobile numbers are off
Please take this as a concern
