We ordered a "Car Scratch Remover Polish" from Mummytrends.com as part of marketing from Facebook. Order was delivered by Vendexa Products, Ghaziabad.

We paid amount Rs. 849 to the vendor. When we opened the box some other product was inside. Instead of the product ordered, they sent us "COSMOLINE HAIR CARE (OIL)" - which is not expected.

We have been trying to contact them based on the number provided in facebook but the number is switched off.

When we tried to place the return from shadowfax. got an alert message in the website that" I will get a call in one hour" but it is been more than 3 days, didnt get any call. The email and mobile number for Vendexa provided in ShadoFax is dummy.
