Venkat — Harassing calls and messages after MTS disconnection

Hi, I had raised MTS disconnection request in March 24th 2015 through phone. They said some MTS engineer will contact soon then will disconnect the connection. But i did not get any reply or visit after that. I paid monthly payment even i have not used last one week in march. I paid throught MTS store marathahalli. Then again i sent the email with all the details by 4th april 2015. After 11 days by 15th April 2015 got the message as MTS misses you and see you back on our network. Totally they ignored my phone request for disconnection which has been raised by 24th March. Again they sent the bill upto 15th april 2015. Amount 261. But i called and said that i cannot pay because i raised the diconnection by 24th march. But i am getting block mail calls and messages as leagal action will taken like that. I am fully vexed about the service and customer approach with MTS. Can you some one guide me to face this. Should i pay this still?
