Venkata Sai Indane Gas Agency In Madhapur — Booking is cancelled automatically

I have been experience this behavior continuously. Whenever, we book a refill, we never get any alert from Indane about the delivery. All we get is one SMS notifying us about our "booking is done", which is anyway known to me as it is me who booked the refill. What is required is some notification about the delivery date/time. We have no idea when it will be delivered. On the top of that, this gas agency keeps cancelling our booking saying that we were not at home. This is not correct. I think there is some laps in this system. I think that following should be done: 1. Indane gas should be very strict with this agency as I never had good opinion about this agency. 2. there should be someway to know the date/time of delivery of gas cylinder. thanks
