venkatesh reddy — Not refunding Deposit, Security amount as per norms

I left the apartment in the month of December 14th 2020 after prior notice of 2 months, before leaving.
The Owner resides in Marathahalli, Bangalore.
I have not recieved my due security/advance amount after I vacated the house, after verbal commitment that he will pay me within 10th of Jan 2021.
