I left the apartment in the month of December 14th 2020 after prior notice of 2 months, before leaving.
The Owner resides in Marathahalli, Bangalore.
I have not recieved my due security/advance amount after I vacated the house, after verbal commitment that he will pay me within 10th of Jan 2021....

I was given 8000 per month Rent 2014 .I increased those at 10, 000 and Now this 2015 I need those 15000 per Month its my opinion I have put in every agreement 10 %yearly...
