A person rang me up immediately after lodging the complaint at Consumer Complaints-Indian Consumer Complaints Forum. He told his name as Rahul Bhaskar calling from Bangalore. His Cell No. +91 [protected]. He wanted to ascertain my Debit Card Particulars for getting me the refund from Northern Railway and pleaded like anything. Though I furnished him my debit card particulars to the extent they appear in the front but on his insistence for giving 3 digit cvv number, I declined.

I think the person is impersonating any causing damage to the bonafide complainants as well as the Indian consumer Complaints forum. Kindly swing into action and see the person is not allowed to inflict any damage/harm.
