Vestar — ac flap broken by vestar employee during servicing

I have purchased 2 ac of 1.5 tons. Within a week, it start creating sound. When i called the serviceman of the vestar company. They broken the flap during the servicing. Again i called the shopkeeper to fix that, he sent serviceman. He came and took that broken flap but after that one month has passed but they didn't put the new flap. I have called several times in customer forum but they also didn't replied positively.
