Vestar — complaint of split ac

I have purchased split ac from m/s bhatia industrial corporation, ambala near by market of vestar. But after some days there are some problems. I had many complaints on telephone of costumer care, but there all in vain. I am attaching the complaints numbers along with date mentioned against each made by me time to time along with the scan copy of bill.
