Hi Sir/Mam, I have purchased 8 kg vestar washing machine in 2018 was having 2 yrs warranty but after 2 yrs it started giving problem. We called to customer care first time he changed capacitor, cable wire he charged Rs.1050/ (executive name- Rakesh)-. After 6 month again started giving problem again we call to customer care they sent executive - He changed button panel he charged 2500/- (executive name - Dilp Saini) To change assets he took one month. He gave 3 months warranty but within a month again same issue start we called again to customer care he took panel again and took 250/- (executive name- Yadav), we were calling him daily after 5 days he told that material is not available and it will be charged 4500/-. as per Yadav, Dilip executive has not changed any parts. He even tont us that this is not branded product why have you have taken this, parts not atall available in market. This shows fraud, harassment of customer even not atall trustable product. I have given this washing machine as gift to my brother as he is handicapped he is facing this issue. Request to check and help us out within 5 days or else to help my brother, I will raise this issue in twitter and CEO of vestor company.
