I brought a product from www.vetican.com. i was so happy to receive it. But as soon as i opened the package i saw that a wrong product was delivered to me. Altogether the colour material was so different.
I ordered a beautiful cream coloured lehenga. But a received a cheap material salwar suit peice. Is this fair? Moreover the site mentioned a return policy, but now it says invalid.
I think i paid hard really hard by trusting this site.
Please help..
I want my money back or i demand the real product to be delivered.
