I had ordered 4 set of kurthis worth rs. 1823.68. They accept only cash on delivery. Ordered the 4 items on mar 17, 2018 and got it delivered on mar 23, 2018. When i received the courier, i got 3 sarees which is of very low quality, which is entirely different my order. And now their site is also not working. Cannot even check for updates. Never knew it was a fake website just created to cheat the customers.

Hi, i have already given a complaint on vetican.com. Today i got call from vetican.com from rahul sharma, mobile number[protected]. Asked for otp for hdfc payzapp but i don't have any payzapp. They told to refund the money only if i tell them the otp. But my payment mode was cod. The call completely seems fake. I dint share any otp. Please help me together my money back....

I have ordered 1 kurtis from vetican (Venus) on 21/02/2018worth rs.530/-. I received only one item from the seller on 26/02/2018 and it is not the product which i have ordered. Its a worthless saree that too worth of rs100. It was a cash on delivery and i had paid rs.530. I tried to call them but didn't get, i think phone number also fraud. The return policy option in the site also doesnot work. The address in the website...

I have ordered two dress of INR.399/- each. I received the only ONE dress within two days but the product is so CHEAP and seem to be used product. I tried to contact on mentioned number[protected] but that also a fake number. I unable to return the product. Would appreciate to take strict action against such FRAUDULENT web sites businesses. Please help me to get my money back....

I brought a product from www.vetican.com. i was so happy to receive it. But as soon as i opened the package i saw that a wrong product was delivered to me. Altogether the colour material was so different.

I ordered a beautiful cream coloured lehenga. But a received a cheap material salwar suit peice. Is this fair? Moreover the site mentioned a return policy, but now it says invalid.

These ppl are fake and they ave not enabled the return goods on their website and have delivered wrong goods.I have paid 1610 rupees by Cash as they have only COD payment option and they do not have even a contact number where they can be contacted.

I need a refund of my money and this should not happen to other customers...
