Our family was traveled from Virudhunagar to Chennai on 12.02.2023. My boarding point is Nandha Residency, Sivakasi Bypass, Virudhunagar at 9:50 pm on 12.02.2023. Due to traffic, I called bus driver and he said bus will be available at boarding point upto 10.05 pm. We took cab and rushed to boarding point. On the way I called frequently and we reach boarding point at 10.07 pm. Please note that only 2 mins delay from my side. When we reach boarding point bus was not there. When i call driver, he asked me to come to Bharath Hotel, near Thirumangalam Toll. I asked our cab driver to go to Bharath Hotel and he drive between 80 to 90 kms speed. My aged monther-in-law was inside the car. Our cab and Vetri Travels bus was reached Bharath Hotel in same time. After reach hotel, I checked with the Bus driver. He said Bharath Hotel will close at 10.30 pm so that we came. I check with co-passengers, they said they have started before 10.05 pm from my boarding point (Nandha Residency). Due to that we have paid Rs.2600/- additionally to cab driver. We have paid bus tickets of Rs.5800/- for 3 persons. Bus ticket rate is very high. Due to this incident our family members was mentally tortured.
Vetri Travels has to repay Rs.2600/- to me. To travel Virudhunagar to Chennai for 3 persons we have paid around 11000/- and Vetri Travels treated as badly.
