Hi, I booked a bus from TRIVANDRUM to Chennai on 25th Dec (boarding point: Kazhakootam). However the bus was cancelled as confirmed by the travels and they later merged it with another travel. We informed them that we do not want to travel and asked for refund as the timing of the bus departure was 3 hours later. Now we have been following up with travels and there is no response whatsoever.

One of the worst bus to travel with the a/c is not working properly and they just switch it off for sometime as per there convenience. The luggage was fully drenched when arriving at the destination . Have never experienced such as service with any of the a/c sleeper bus.They were not even ready to apologize for their mistake... ....

I booked a ticket from Chennai to NAGERCOIL on 11/11/2023 AC sleeper volvo bus in Vetri Travels. On my travel date before 2 hours of my journey start, vetri travels team member called and told bus has been due to some technical issue, your booking amount will refund with in 1 hours. Me and my husband were booked the vetri travels AC sleeper bus from rasipuram, Andagalur gate to chennai by redbus app for return trip.
WE reached the pickup location by 10:20pm. our bus timing is 10:30pm, we called the driver and asked him where was he.
initially he told us that, the bus won't come via that location, then he said wat for 45 mins and cut the call.

When ladies and senior citizen want to go restroom and driver doesn't care about any of the passengers and didnt stop it at proper place to do earlier morning activities.
