Vetri Travels — Cancelled, refund was not given

Beware of this vetri travels. I booked a ticket to travel from karaikudi to chennai, on June Sat 21st, 2025 (10.45 pm). I booked the ticket through goibibo.com On the same day evening they called me, saying there was not enough booking and going to cancel the ticket. I asked, don't you have an alternate bus option, they said we have upper deck seats available at 11 pm. I told them, I am travelling a handicap person, I cannot use the upper seats. You proceed with the cancellation. I booked a different bus and travelled on the same day. They cheated me by not cancelling the ticket. I tried to call back their numbers multiple times, they didn't pick up. They have a lot of numbers on the website, nothing is working. This company is cheater, be careful if they call you and inform you that they are going to cancel the ticket. I made a complaint to goibibo.com, they made me to wait for 10 days, still they couldn't provide any solution.
