Vetri Travels — Stard earlier from boarding point

I have travelled from Virudhunagar to Chennai on today (12.02.2023) in Vetri Travels. Nandha My boarding point is Nandha Residency at 9.50 pm. Due to traffic I strukup and I called driver and he said bus will wait till 10.05pm. I board car and rushed to boarding point. On the way I frequently called driver and update him where I exactly. 10.07 pm I reached there. Pls note only 2 miss delay from my side. When we reach boring point bus not there. When I called driver he said bus started and asked me to come to Bharath Hotel, (Thirumangalam Toll). I car driver drive between 80 to 90 kms speed. Bus and car reached Bharath Hotel in same time. For this I have paid cab driver 3500/- rupees.
Already bus ticket is rate is very high and we have paid around 5500 rupees for 3 persons. From Virudhunagar to Chennai I have paid 10000 rupees. After I reach Bharath Hotel I checked with my co passengers and they said they have started before 10.05 pm in Nandha Residency boarding point. Can you imagine to catch bus we came in 90 kms speed and my old age mother in law was inside the cab. My seat number is L14, L15, U13. Pls take this is the serious issue and ask them to repay 3500/- to me. Otherwise, I will go legally.
