Very poor service from vgl, I registered complaint for leakage amd smalling at 9 pm and they attain after 11 pm.
In between leakage of gas is increasing so I have call many time and they replied that they will reach with in half hour but actually they attain complaint after 2 hours and given reason for delaying that we have more complaint today.
How you are given reply in this ward when you actually know that is emergency services, may be you have low man Power but due to this issue if any kind of accident occurred then who is responsible for that accident, my complaint is resolved but very poor service provide from you, I am really upset and unsatisfied from your service Was this information helpful? |
