Very poor service from vgl, I registered complaint for leakage amd smalling at 9 pm and they attain after 11 pm.
In between leakage of gas is increasing so I have call many time and they replied that they will reach with in half hour but actually they attain complaint after 2 hours and given reason for delaying that we have more complaint today.
How you are given reply in this ward when you actually know that is emergency services,...

Their team pick up call and say that person will come in evening but the person doesnot come. Our house owner and We the tenants have also contacted them multiple times but then also they don't come.
They ask the home number and all the details but they don't send anyone at our house for connection.
