I visited this place at Injambakkam Chennai on 23rd June 2023 with my kids. I was charged Adult fee for all the kids. We felt due to following reasons
1. We were charged Rs. 775 for both kids. (Ignore their height for now)
2. I have 2 children, one aged 12 and other aged 8 years but they charged them for adult ticket. But inside the park, they were not allowed for 70% of rides.
3. For adult rides they said "children not allowed" and refused, and
In children rides they said "only small children are allowed" and refused.
Then why should they charged them for adult ticket? When I enquired, they said that is the rule here.
4. So many rides were under maintenance or no operators available.
5. Few rides that were working had maintenance and the staff was pushing them manually due to malfunctioning of the motor. This is a serious safety hazard
Overall, we have been cheated and also not worthy going to VGP considering the safety factors. Was this information helpful? |
