Chennai-cherthala on fri, 10 may, 2019, pnr: 64mubz4y, ticket no: ubs112214, via ref: fmnlb324pa37e, travels: universal bus (Ubs), boarding point: thiruvanmiyur, landmark: thiruvanmiyur, phone: [protected], boarding time: 09:50 pm, seats: 3, for 1. Emmanuel"" But this was an fake bus i have waited for this from 9.30 to 1200 clk and i contacted the universal bus as they are saying that there is no bus service from chennai to cherthala and forward the tickets to them they said u have been cheated they don't have any bus on this service. I have lost my money and my time and i studied in chennai was not able to catch the train or bus further.
