I had booked tickets in Indigo Airlines using via. Com. Due to lockdown the flight was cancelled and Indigo informed me that the ticket amount was refunded to you on 4/7/20..But till date ticket fare is not credited to my account. I had sent three mails to your customer care. There is no response from you. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
