[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — cancellation and refund

( Airline PNR BQ832A / VIA REF FMNLA31QAAE8Q ) the ticket was booked on 28 April and cancelled on 29Th April by the airline and the refunds has been processed on same day by true jet, but VIA/ FLIGHTRAJA have not provided us with the refund amount yet, we keep on chasing them but there is no proper feedback on amount, it’s seems that they do these purposely as the airline staff informed us that in many cases they delay the refunds amount as much longer as they can, kindly help me to get my refund back. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
