Hi Sir, I have booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details FMNLA3JN82PT2. I booked a ticket on 2nd OCT 2021 for 30th NOV 2021 date of travel FROM PUNE to Cochin. I and i have cancelled the ticket on 4th OCT 2021 due to change in program and book the ticket again on 04th oct 2021 for date 27th NOV 2021 ticket no FMNAA3JP6Q136.But i have not got the refund amount of 30th nov cancellation amount of 11913/- i have tried to call the customer care but not attaending my call nor no message or chat available. KINDLY HELP ME as i ugently required of full amount. IF i dont recive the full amount we need to take action against th VIA .COM and team. Plz help me to get the refund.
