ID2YKT pnr number..the flight was canceled and amount supposed to go in credit sell.and now I have to book a flight..but I’m not able to use the credit sell?from last 3month I’m trying to speak to via.com customer service but you guys are not answering phone calls..very pathetic service from via.com The amount is 6200 please help Was this information helpful? | |||

The credit shell amount will be reflecting in the agency account only after 1st week of Arpil we will update you on the same.
