Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Flight refund due to covid issue not received yet

I have booked flight tickets from Chennai to Mumbai Twice in month of April with PNR no. BKRYVT for 3rd April and IMH2NA for 15th April

Indigo has conveyed that the refund has been given to via.com but i am yet to receive any refund for both flights

There is no response from Via.com and no update on refund amount
